Minutes of Meeting - FGD

Hi Team,

This post is a bit delay due to my laziness and different things that I have to settle in life, I apologize for this delay, anyways in benefit of the rest who hasn't attended the meeting, below are the following that we covered, discuss and agreed upon. I also made few additions to what we discuss due to time constraint and what I miss during the meeting.

• MVP Raid
• Everyone are required to join MVP Raid with High Tier Boss - specifics; Valkyrie Randgris, Mammoth, Beelzebub, Satan Morroc, Ifrit and other MVP that requires variety of classes to take it down smoothly.
• Guild raids will focus on High Tier Boss with rare expensive drops - Current Target: Mammoth
• Once an MVP is down or killed, everyone should utilize the MVP Timer so we will be aligned and everyone can prepare before the MVP will re-spawn. In addition, those who doesn't have an access to the MVP Timer should pm me (Kiryuu) as soon as possible so I can create your own login.
• Everyone should bring necessary potions per raid, kindly refer to Survival Kit 101 for details. 
• We discuss issues concerned with other competitor during MVP:
• Most members tend to panic once mobs are lured  by other party which causes issues in maintaining specific formation and roles on what to do per instances.
• Focus is needed - we might implement raid call in the future - a VoIP so everyone will have less difficulty in chatting and following commands
• Everyone should move with urgency and focus on survival in order to avoid deaths from mob luring of other party.
• Every High Priest should switch to shield and use divine cross only on specific maps that requires it, support staff like over-upgraded Staff of Recovery will be provided for free, furthermore since we are focus to specific MVP -  Mammoth, reduction card will also be provided for free, kindly coordinate with me in game for specific distribution of damage reduction cards and staff.
• Website and Forum Utilization
• Everyone are tasked to visit the website or forums daily and at least comment or post to acknowledge presence - if account is not available, kindly comment and leave your IGN (In Game Name)
• A thread  in the forum - link to post your IGN if playing alt characters  so we can contact or coordinate with you if support or back-up is needed on specific instances that the guild encounters (e.g. MVPing High Tier MVP)
• Skills and Stats Utilization - focus with High Priest
• We discuss issues of High Priest unable to maximize skills on difference instance, and issues in utilizing and laying Safety Wall and Pneuma properly
• We discuss skill priority from Resurrect, after-cast delay, and stat build.
• After the Guild Meeting, we practiced at Atroce in order to tank efficiently with skills and use Safety Wall and Pneuma properly, with that said we would like to thank those who joined on our practice and I would like to congratulate Gundam for tanking Atroce smoothly for about 3 minutes. 

• Switching build to tailor different maps - e.g. switch build to VIT in order to take hits and survive difficult maps
• Utilizing hot keys - not just F1to F10 but until ".", make sure all potions are part in the hot-key to save time - every second counts!
• Other Discussion
• We suggest to focus on main characters and if playing an alt character, kindly PM me if I am online or post on the forum with your alt character.
• Gundam will be our official brewer, kindly donate all herbs - specifically white and yellow herb for slim potions
• Guild Storage - kindly utilize and get the needed potions only per run
• WoE - WoE will be currently put on hold until everyone are geared enough for unrestricted WoE - Castle Target: Guild Dungeon w/ Kublin
• More Hate - Thanks to Rpoints for raising the issue that he hated me a lot and panic occurs on what to do when I provide commands during raid, this can be countered by showing urgency and initiative on utilizing skill classes. - R i hate you too a lot! LOL - this is just at troll
• Parking Questions / Suggestions / Topics:
• Guild Donation - something I forgot to emphasize during the meeting, this will be reinforce on the next guild event.
• Classes Guide - Build and Skills that needs to be used per classes on each instances

I might have miss something, though these are the highlights that we discuss last meeting, I would like to get your opinion as well in doing this meeting weekly as with this we can discuss concerns about the guild, correct any issues that may arise and help the guild grow and aligned to everyone's wishes. This will also pave way to achieve a common goal and strengthen the bonds among comrades.
